This beautiful, spacious house is perfect for families or friends looking for a relaxing getaway. The location could not be better for those who like to be close to the action, as the beach and main attractions are just a short bike ride away. With a private dock right on the canal, guests can enjoy relaxing views of the water at any time of day.
Upon entering this 3-bedroom 3-bathroom house, guests can enjoy an open and light atmosphere with a large, newly renovated living room that features a beautiful view of the backyard’s private pool and lush landscaping. The kitchen has ample storage space and large countertops, and also features a full 180-degree view of the backyard. Guests travelling with children can enjoy included children’s toys, a high chair, and books for entertainment.
Two of the three bedrooms include a private entrance to the backyard as well as private bathrooms. The master suite includes a king-sized bed with a flat-screen television for guests to wind down with at night. Included in the master bathroom are Jack and Jill sinks and a shower with a rainfall showerhead.
Stepping outside into the large, private backyard is like walking into your own personal paradise. There is a shaded outdoor dining area with a barbeque grill included. The large patio has ample lounge chairs, umbrellas, and a hammock for guests to relax around the pool with a cool drink in hand under the Florida sun. Beautiful & Relaxing
We had a wonderful vacation in Fort Lauderdale and our accommodations played a large part. The house is very well-equipped, the beds super comfortable, and the backyard a private paradise. It is very close to Lauderdale-by-the-Sea town and beach, although not walkable. However, the pool provides hours of refreshing relaxation. We will definitely want to return. Two spots for improvement—the piles of dead ants in the master bathroom was pretty unappealing upon arrival and the washing machine never seems to reach the spin cycle with towels inside.

Nice stay in a pretty house.
We loved the spot, and the European style of the decoration. Everything is perfectly inusable, and freshly renovated. We were just two people, that is perfect for enjoying the size of the house. we will come again.

Amazing staycation for you and your family
Amazing place for your whole family. Very new and updated house with a lot of amenities and special perks, especially for the little ones (many toys in the pool and inside the house). Communication went well with few points for improvement, and especially cleaning can be better done.

Hot in August but Very Good House

Overall good vacay
The house was very clean, modern furniture, great pool. We do have children from ages 3-14 and we always rent a house w a dock for the older ones to fish and upon arrival we’re a little disappointed the dock could not be used due to the owners catamaran being there. We also had a boat we had for the week so made a little difficult to dock it at the house. Kids were bummed. We flew so we’re limited on what we could bring, definitely bring extra towels. Kitchen not as equipped as to what we are use to w previous rentals. Tile is super slick around the pool for little kids. The washer you have to run the spin cycle twice or clothes are still sopping wet. The location is perfect, so close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, 25 minutes from the airport. Aside from the few things we noticed our family had a good family vacation.
