Three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a convertible office offer ample space that can accommodate up to 8 guests. The master bedroom overlooks the water, with direct entrance to the patio through a sliding glass door. The master bathroom suite includes two separate counter spaces with a sink and mirrors on each side, an oversized spa bathtub, and a separate shower. Every bedroom is equipped with a flat screen television for guests to wind down with in the evening. The convertible office offers a bright and open environment with tall windows and high ceilings. A comfy, queen-sized Murphy bed is included to make the office an optional fourth bedroom.
The open and light concept keeps every room bright throughout the home. The large and spacious kitchen features ample counter space, a large center island, a breakfast nook, and a bar. Next to the kitchen, the living area features large couches, a flat-screen television, and an open view of the pool and the Intracoastal outside. Just in the next room is an area dedicated to entertainment with a billiards table and a bar, with a separate dining area underneath a beautiful chandelier hanging from the high ceilings. The billiards room overlooks the patio and pool, and also offers two outside entrances for easy access outdoors.
You will be left in true awe when you experience the views at Cape Coral Modern Fantasy. Walk out onto the back patio to find a large heated pool overlooking the Intracoastal with a tiki bar and seats installed right inside the pool, as well as a large patio area with dining and lounging furniture, including a hammock for ultimate relaxation. The outdoor dining space is covered with lighting and fans and includes two refrigerators and two barbecue grills (one gas and one electric). Out on the dock is a boat lift for those who love being out on the water. The wide, intersecting canals make for magnificent water views from either the dock or while on a boat.
A completely surreal experience is just outside on the dock, where a private deck resembling a small island out on the water awaits. A tiki hut covers a backyard fire pit table that seats six, with extra space around for sunbathing during the day in lounge chairs or a hammock. With a kayak storage rack available for use, guests can experience exciting water activities during the daytime as well. The island is equipped with multicolored lights for a vibrant evening setting. I stayed with my mother and sister in this fantastic property for 3 nights. It has an exceptional location, with waters on at least 180 degrees views. Inside there is a zone for every time of the day, a huge well-equipped kitchen for making meals. A breakfast table, a kitchen bar, dining zone and the billiard zone with a separate bar of its own. Outside there's another kitchen and a grill by the pool as well as another dining table and everything you need for relaxation and recreation, including an in-pool Tiki Bar. The Tiki hut "on the water" is a nifty addition where you can take in the water feeling or simply enjoy a drink during sunset or after and enjoy the view.
The bedrooms are huge and luxurious with lots of bathrooms. All rooms and the property as a whole is extremely well equipped, to the extent that you discover things you never thought you would have needed, until you found it and realized that you need it.

Our stay in Modern Fantasy in Cape Coral was a very positive experience. The house is located right by the canal, and the large property offers great opportunities for outdoor activities. Great opportunities for activities by boat and kayak. Great swimming pool. The house is large, has good living areas and big bedrooms. Definitely a place we can recommend!

Modern Fantasy was just that! The place was beautiful, clean, great location. Had many little extras like hand soap, tissues, etc that aren't always included in places like this. Great central location for us to go shelling in Sanibel, shark tooth hunting in Manasota, jet skiing in Fort Myers. Will certainly come back!

We were pleasantly surprised by this place! We have always stayed in hotels in Florida and decided to try renting an Air B&B and it was great. The house is laid out very well and suited our family of 5. The enclosed pool was perfect for the kids and we adults loved the river deck with tiki hut. Great for getting some distance from the kids and relaxing. The billiards were fun when we were inside and the kitchen was well equipped. The decor was amazing and we enjoyed looking at all the tasteful art. House was exceptionally clean when we arrived. Overall we loved this house and would rent it again!

An incredible property in Cape Coral
Myself and 6 other guests had an absolutely fantastic stay in this incredible property in Cape Coral. It had every thing we needed and more - from a huge kitchen and dining areas, to BBQ grilling facilities, a brilliant pool with bar area, a pool table, and a dock area out on the water. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and very comfortable, with TVs and internet that reaches throughout the whole property. The property had everything included to have a great holiday - from cooking and grilling facilities, to board games and fully set up pool table and finally lots of toys for use in the pool. The property is beautiful throughout, with an extremely picturesque location right on the water, and the insides are really well designed - it feels like staying in a home rather than an empty rental property. Location is good, with access to supermarkets and local bars and restaurants only a short drive away.
Overall this property is one of the best we’ve ever stayed in, contributing significantly to myself and friends having a fantastic holiday. Five stars!

Truly fabulous property!
We had an amazing time at this property. The home is just as described in the pictures but somehow even better. The beds slept so well and the kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance and dish that you could need. The home had games for quiet times and each bedroom had a TV. The pool was perfect and we had a blast making drinks at the swim up tiki bar. We docked our boat at one dock and fished off the other. We even caught a catfish. The decor in the house was so lovely that I'll have to spruce mine up now. Overall it was a great time and the property management company was very responsive to our questions.

Absolutely beautiful place. It has everything you need. There are towels blankets pillows forks glasses floaties even games for rainy days. Close to everything. We went to Sanibel and the outlets. The house is even more beautiful than the pictures show. There are so many little details that make it home. The host really cares about his home and his guests. Everything was spotless. The pool stayed between 86 and 89 degrees. The fish always cooperated and the fisherman in our group had all he wanted to take home in the first day. The books in the family room were a big hit. Two grills in the pool area both worked well and the host even provided an extra tank of gas. All in all this is a fantastic place to stay. We have rented several houses in the area and this was the best by far. Go stay and enjoy, we did!!!

Gorgeous home! Everything was top of the line and beautifully appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the dock with the fire table. We had a very relaxing week in the sun. One issue we had was with the description of the property. It was described as having 3 baths. It did not - the house had 2 baths with a half bath. That discovery was not a good start to our week. A second issue arose with the TVs in the queen and twin bedrooms. There was no cable/internet connection, despite the persistent and diligent efforts of Neil (who was fantastic!). Neil was very prompt and attentive to all inquiries and made our stay that much better.

We had an excellent time. The house was beautiful. Overall we were satisfied with the stay. We loved the quiet neighborhood. The only issues we had were The microwave did not work, The cable box had to be set daily The light bulb was out in the master shower. We found a couple of bugs in the house. We had to was dishes before using as they were dirty.

Fantastic family friendly home!
We had an amazing time staying for the week. The kids were in the pool most of the time, if not fishing from the dock. There are several fishing poles and tackle in the garage along with pool toys! (We added a new pole to the collection). Originally rented a boat but quickly learned it takes a long time to get around by boat for travel due to no wakes in canals but loved the boat rides we did take! The homes along the canals were gorgeous to see! Location was great with a car rental to get around. We used the Shipt app to get all of our groceries and beer delivered to our door. Ordered from Lelulos Pizzeria the night of our arrival. They deliver and it was delicious! My heart is full!

Cape Coral Modern Fantasy was everything we wanted in a place to stay. We had no troulbe entering the home with the access cord we were given. We found the house to be very clean with every convenience provided. It was located in a quiet neighbor along the canal. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to prepare meals, pots and pans, utensils, dishes, coffee maker, towels,etc. We used the washer and dryer complete with detergent. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the bathrooms were stocked with hand soap and plenty of lines. The pool was clean and heated, and we took full advantage. We also enjoyed the tiki hut out by the canal. The lawn and outdoor areas were well maintained. There were many restaurants in the vicinity, and we enjoyed seafood and some great burgers when we didn’t cook ourselves. We visited Sanibel And Captiva Islands just a short distance away. We had only 2 minor complaints: there were a few light bulbs that needed to be replaced, and my daughter called about some trouble with the cable tv it was a wonderful property, and I’d definitely recommend it to others.

We rented this home to share with our grown children to celebrate their accomplishments. We couldn’t have asked for more! The home was absolutely beautiful, clean and there was plenty of space for everyone. We truly loved this house. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the mattresses in the bedrooms that were closest to the garage. They are uncomfortable and noisy. The rest of the house made up for it but my back would have enjoyed a better sleeping experience. Thank you!

Wonderful Memories
Our family visited Cape Coral April 14-22nd from Ohio and enjoyed the sunshine and 80 degree weather while it snowed back home. Lol. There were six of us and it was perfect for my family of four as well as my parents. We absolutely LOVED the privacy of the location and the home was beautiful. It is situated right on the canal where we were able to rent a couple kayaks and stand-up paddle boards which were delivered. We fished from the dock and tiki hut area. There was a resident mama dove sitting on her nest in the dock Tiki hut which my girls said hello to every morning. We also rented a boat for a couple days and parked it alongside the dock at the house. My husband drove us all out to Cayo Costa island where we spent an afternoon on a white sand beach. We were able to drive to Sanibel Island a couple of times, which did take a bit of time out of the day, but well worth the time. We ate at Bahama Breeze and Lobster Lady in Cape Coral - and ate at the Lighthouse Restaurant, Doc Fords, and Island Cow on/around Sanibel Island...we really enjoyed them all. Make sure to get reservations days in advance for the ones that take them.
Overall, you will create fabulous memories in this amazing home.

The property description was accurate with more amenities than we expected like extra beach towels, chairs, pool toys and more. Everything was well maintained on the property outside and inside being very clean, landscape beautiful with lighting on the trees and the deck. When arriving earlier than planned, a quick call to the manager unlocked the front door for us so we could settle in before the rest of our guests arrived. I would definitely recommend this property. The front bedroom with the queen bed squeaked, waking my 7 month granddaughter every time my daughter tried to crawl into bed after putting her down. A couple of bikes and a kayak or two would be a wonderful addition to add to the fun and relaxation. Also some lounge furniture on the patio with cushions would bring comfort for all the readers along on our trip. The beach was farther away than what we had expected so most of our time was spent in the pool. We ate fresh fish and seafood most every night from Merrick's market and Farmer Joe's where the clerk knew exactly what we needed and gave tips on how to cook it. We took a couple of excursions, one to Sanibel and the other to Fort Myers. We went to the beach and a couple of Nature Preserves. This was the perfect vacation to spend with family

We had an amazing time at Modern Fantasy. The house was very clean and spacious. We had a couple of things that needed to be fixed during our 8 day stay and someone was there immediately to do so. The tiki hut was perfect for setting up rods and hanging out by the canal. The yard was very spacious and was great for several games of badminton and spikeball. The kids also loved the pool and spent lots of time there! We also had several pool tournaments on the pool table in the house. Thanks so much for the great rental!!
