This charming well-decorated studio has a queen-size retractable sofa bed for a comfortable night’s sleep, yet it gives you more space to move around in the daytime. Yes, it’s a little studio apartment with a beautifully renovated kitchen with marble countertops, shaker kitchen cabinets, and brand-new appliances. The bathroom is equally elegant with subway tiles and a frameless shower door. But most importantly, this is not like a hotel room, but more like a little home away from home with your own private entrance, a private backyard with a gas grill, and your own laundry room. You also have cable and WIFI, in addition to a little work desk for those who may be in town for business.
Coco Studio is nestled away in one of Lake Worth Beach’s most charming little neighborhoods known as Parrot Cove, which is a little Tropical paradise surrounded by old historical cottages all built prior to 1939. In fact, Lake Worth Beach has the largest concentration of cottages anywhere in Florida! Many of these cottages are painted in whimsical pastels, come in a variety of architectural styles, and are often draped by canopies of trees and other tropical flora. Downtown Lake Worth Beach is equally quaint with many popular restaurants, bars, and cafes. And if you’re a golfer, it’s only a five-minute walk to The Beach Club, which offers an 18-hole championship golf course that’s open to the public with many of the holes running parallel to the Intracoastal, offering beautiful views with a cooling breeze. Lastly, dine at Benny’s on the Beach, right on Lake Worth Beach’s own fishing Pier. And next door, you’ll find an old historical casino from the 1920’s, and although there is no gambling, the complex features a new oceanfront park, restrooms, and picnic facilities. This historical quaint little town may just become your favorite travel destination!

Excellent listing, ideal for a budget beach vacation as it'is 5 minute drive away from lake worth beach. This is an unusually walkable neighborhood for south Florida, it's a short walk to Publix, the inter coastal, and downtown lake worth beach. It's a small but very comfortable space in a quiet upscale neighborhood that is great for walking at all hours. You can pull off staying here without a car as it's about a 10 dollar Uber to the beach, a 40ish dollar ride to the airport, and you can walk to a large variety of restaurants nearby. Be sure to go to Havana restaurant nearby for Miami quality Cuban food. The snook islands natural area is also a short walk away and features a board walk into restored mangroves.

Super awesome spot, we felt very safe in the neighborhood, and the best part we were within walking distance from the little downtown area. The room was very clean and pretty. We will definitely be coming back to coco house!

I stayed at the coco studio for a couple of weeks in mid November. It was a honestly a much better experience than I could have hoped for. The studio was clean and had everything you need from cooking supplies to laundry. The place had a backyard and a small terrace in front which my dog absolutely loved. All in all, it was a great experience.

Coco studio - a compact modern studio with white and bright high end appointments, excellent layout and a casual vibe was great for its location in a beautiful verdant tropical neighborhood. It made our stay perfect. We needed to have a quiet peaceful area to retire to after a long day at a local equine vet surgical site. Excellent kitchen supplies with all one needs to feel at home. Thanks for that coffee and Keurig! We found local restaurants, parks and beach are all very close by making this unit a win win for any much needed place of respite on might require.

Wonderful Parrot Cove Efficiency
Very nice and updated studio, with modern amenities and high end appliances, tastefully decorated, perfect location close to restaurants, etc., but far enough away that quiet. Private patio which is perfect for morning coffee, breakfast, and evening relaxation. A perfect place for a couple who wants to sample the sights of Palm Beach, Lake Worth, etc.

Coco Studio, a great home. I will recommend it anytime, anywhere.
Not only is this holiday apartment a clean, calm and safe place to stay, it is equipped with quality accessories and it has an amazing management team. The property management personnel, including the owner, are very supportive and welcoming people. Their respond time to my inquiry or any concern, was as quick as within a minute or two. In fact, I felt at home in my first 6 days, that I had to extend my stay at Coco Studio - to another 2 weeks.
To crown it all, I mislaid my credit card before I left for my state, and the property owner reached out and informed me with a sweet text, that they found my Credit Card, and would like to mail it to me. I will not hesitate to rent at this property next time. Fellow travelers/vacationers, you will not regret staying at Coco Studio, during your next vacation. Try it!
