It was fabulous and a vacation we will remember for a long time. We would definitely return to this beautiful mansion again if vacationing in Delray!! the accomodations were exactly as described to us. The management staff, in particular, Niklas Rantanen, was more than helpful, polite and professional. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

Perfect for Vacation or Long Term Rental
We have rented houses all over North America, and this was the nicest we have been in. The house is located right in the intra-coastal waterway, and is just spectacular in every way. Both the inside and outdoor living spaces are beautiful. The four bedrooms upstairs are all spacious and quite private. There is a fifth bedroom/office on the main floor that is extremely private.
The location is excellent. It is on a very quiet street (a dead-end), yet still a five minute walk to shopping and less than 20 minutes to downtown (Atlantic Avenue).
The house was clean and beautifully maintained.
We arrived late on a Saturday night and had a few questions. We did not expect an answer from the property manager over the weekend, yet he got back to us within minutes.
There was one very minor maintenance issue and the handyman was there to fix it the next day.
While this was not the least expensive house we looked at, it was truly worth the price and we would certainly return to this location.

In a word, supuerb!! The home was beautiful, location perfect and to many amenities to mention! However best of all we were treated like VIP's by our rental agency as they catered to our every need! I can not recommend this home and especially this rental agency any higher! Simply the best!!

I rented this house after one of my sisters got married, for an after-wedding celebration. There were nine girls and the house was more than spacious enough for all of us. The location of the house was right on the Intracoastal and was stunning. The accommodations were great, and the house was spotless. The Property Manager, Jon, was so attentive and provided excellent customer service. This was my first experience with renting a home through a website, and I would recommend it because I had such a positive experience!

Lovely Home and Great Location
We rented for a one week family reunion celebration, and we were very pleased with the house and all the amenities. It is spacious, well decorated and comfortable. My family especially loved the outdoors area...the pool, hot tub/jacuzi, outdoor grill and dining area. We hope to rent again in the future.

Great home for Dads 90th Celebration
This home was absolutely beautiful and provided plenty of room for our family. Property was clean. Could have been stocked a little more with blender, spices, paper towels. Binder included all information needed. Property Manager was available and friendly. Only thing is the light in pool was not working and was told pool company was coming over to check it and fix if necessary but they never showed up.

Amazing property!
I organized a 50th birthday party for by best friend with 8 other women and we had the most amazing time! The house is so large that if you weren't in the same room, you never saw the others. The home was well stocked with everything we could have needed. The location is amazing and we took full advantage of the pool and hot tub well in to the wee hours of the night. We also brought in a catered dinner complete with tables, flowers, linens etc and had it set up outside on the patio for 23 people and there was still more than enough room outside for that sized group. The location close to the town center is convenient for exploring, but why leave when the house and location are so fantastic? We had plans for 2 of the nights that took us away from the property and at the end of the weekend, we all agreed we should do this once a year but without the additional plans that took us away from the house. Next time, we are just going to stay put and enjoy all that this property has to offer.

A wonderful Thanksgiving week
First I am sorry that I did not reach out to you first. I have been renting houses for almost 20 years at Thanksgiving to share with my family of 14 people. This year we only had 10 so this house worked well for us. With the exception of Beach Front Only in Oceanside, CA, your service was the best we have had. The house was spotless, the quality of all of the furniture and accessories, were of the best and when we experienced some slight issues with the heater for the hot tub, your people were there within an hour. The location of the house was excellent. A short walk or Uber to Atlantic Ave. We have rented many properties in an around the Delray Beach area. The view from the pool of the intercoastal were spectacular. Excellent property! I am sure we will be in contact regarding future rentals

This is a great place to stay. Beautiful property on the intercoastal, great views, almost every room overlooks the water, pool and jacuzzi are perfect, worth every penny spent. Awesome for a family vacation spot. Close to restaurants, stores, and Delray beach shopping.

Piece of Heaven in Delray
This rental was perfect for our group of 10. We had plenty of space for everyone! The rental company was very easy to work with and the property manager was awesome and responded quickly to any issues we had. As in the other reviews, we had similar problems with the hot tub and the front door lock (we ended up never using the front door and just went in an out of the garage). Fred was quick to fix both issues. As for the rental itself I felt it was clean, (yes the carpets are stained up the stairs, but I felt it was clean overall). The kitchen had all the necessary items, although you could not leave food out or you would have these little white tiny bugs all over (a negative for sure). Its also a very quiet area, so on Tuesday while outside after 10pm enjoying the pool laughing and having conversation I guess our voices carried and we had a noise complaint called on us (another negative). Overall the property is beautiful, the outdoor space is breathtaking and the location to the beach and Atlantic Ave is very convenient, a 2 min drive or 20 min walk. Bottom line we would definitely recommend this property.

Fabulous family fun!
We were a party of 7. grandparents found it easy to get around and spent hours relaxing by the pool watching the boats cruising on the intracoastal. The 3 young adults were working remotely and did not have a problem with internet connections and/or finding private workspace. The bicycles came in handy. Well stocked kitchen and linens. Publix in walking distance. Daily loop to Atlantic Ave, walk on the beach and back over Linton Ave bridge was about 3.5 miles. Would definitely recommend this property.

We loved this super comfortable house with the pool and hot tub! It had everything. Cannot beat the beautiful views of boats passing by. The outdoor living and eating areas are perfect. Close to everything. Would love to rent again.
